We like to think of flashes of brilliance making great new ideas.  instead, the slow hunch is much more real.

Time and again, we find that great ideas are networks of other ideas.

I wonder about that as most of my employees are outside sales reps, if they could be 9should be) given 20% of their time to do things not directly related to making sales.
